Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 5-week online course "Subcontracting to 6 Figures" ("Course") provided by Dr. Desiree Strickland on behalf of Strickland Health Consulting, LLC ("Provider"), as well as your access to the Public Health Club monthly membership ("Membership"). By enrolling in the Course and/or Membership, you ("Enrollee") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not enroll in the Course or Membership.

No Guarantee of Earnings

  1. Disclaimer of Earnings Guarantee

    • Enrollee acknowledges and agrees that Provider does not guarantee any specific level of earnings or income, including six-figure earnings or $100,000.00, upon completion of the Course or Membership, or at any time during the Course or Membership. Results may vary significantly among individuals.

Money-Back Guarantee

  1. Refund Policy

    • Provider offers a money-back guarantee for the first 7 days from the Course start date ("Refund Period").

    • To be eligible for a refund, Enrollee must: a. Complete all Course worksheets. b. Fully complete each Course lesson during the first week of the Course. c. Provide proof of completed worksheets and lessons to Provider within the Refund Period.

Lifetime Access

  1. Lifetime Access to Course Modules

    • Enrollee is granted lifetime access to the Course modules.

    • In the event that the Course platform closes, Provider will ensure access to the Course modules by sending them via email to Enrollee.

Public Health Club Membership

  1. Membership Benefits

    • Membership in the Public Health Club includes: a. Live virtual mentorship sessions. b. Virtual career development events. c. A weekly updated list of consulting opportunities.

  2. Membership Fees and Cancellation

    • Membership fees are billed monthly.

    • Enrollee may cancel their Membership at any time by providing written notice to Provider. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

    • No refunds will be provided for Membership fees already paid.

Legal Protections

  1. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: a. Enrollee's participation in the Course or Membership. b. Any errors or omissions in the Course or Membership content. c. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Course or Membership. d. Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Course or Membership by any third party.

    • Enrollee's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Course is to terminate enrollment and request a refund within the Refund Period, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2.

  2. Indemnification

    • Enrollee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with Enrollee's access to or use of the Course or Membership or Enrollee's violation of these Terms.

  3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Course or Membership shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the arbitration to be held in McDonough, GA. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

Amendments

  1. Modification of Terms

    • Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Course or Membership platform or via email notification to Enrollee. Enrollee's continued participation in the Course or Membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

  1. Entire Agreement

    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Enrollee and Provider with respect to the Course and Membership and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Course and Membership.
