Kiely Flynn is a Global health expert with 11+ years of professional experience including strategic project management of large-scale, multi-country implementation, research, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting across key global health focus areas at the country and headquarters level. She is Currently working as Deputy Director, Program Operations, Strategic Information Unit at ICAP at Columbia University and starting her PhD in Global Disease Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins in the Fall 2024!
Juan Pablo Sanchez is a Certified Public Health professional with extensive experience in program management, scaling sustainable public health interventions, and supporting emergency management and disaster response efforts. He serves as a Response Operations Center Manager with USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), where he currently assists with managing BHA's Response Operations Centers and provides support to Response Management Teams and Disaster Assistance Response Teams. Juan Pablo is also the Founder of Holistix Global Health Solutions, which provides innovative and sustainable professional consulting services and strategies to develop, research, improve, expand, and deliver global health solutions for the world’s most pressing issues. He holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree in Health Equity and Diverse Populations from Mercer University, a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global Disaster Management, Homeland Security, and Humanitarian Assistance, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health from the University of South Florida.

Adam is a global health program delivery specialist with vast experience in managing high-profile portfolios focused on health systems strengthening, building public health capacity, outbreak response and mobilization, and improving health outcomes in communities. He specializes in program
management, policy analysis at the US federal and local levels, and partnership development and collaboration with global health stakeholders including the CDC, WHO, and Ministries of Health across Latin America and the Caribbean, sub-Saharan Africa, southeast Asia and insular areas.
